Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Event Planner.
Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and execute 8-12 client events simultaneously
Develop detailed event strategies, including budgets, timelines,
and resource allocation
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring
top-tier service within budget constraints
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in end-to-end event management
Proven ability to be creative and innovative in planning in-person
events
Strong executive presence and ability to present information to
senior leaders
Hospitality experience is highly preferred
Excelling project management skills and experience managing a high
volume of tasks
