Job Description:
Required Skills / Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or related field
- 10+ years of extensive experience in testing within a banking
contact center environment
- Proficiency in Genesys contact center tools, including
configuration, testing, and issue resolution
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and
frameworks
- Proficient in utilizing Jira for issue tracking, project
management, and test case management
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
for test planning and execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
for issue identification
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for
cross-functional teamwork
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and
documentation
- Preferred: Certifications in Genesys tools or relevant testing
methodologies, knowledge of banking processes, experience in
automation testing
