The Prospect, Grant and Research Specialist is responsible for the
implementation of prospect management and research strategies to
support the fundraising success of the Cambridge Health Alliance
Foundation.
Support will cover the comprehensive aspects of a full-functioning
Development program (Annual Fund, Events, Major Gifts, Foundations
and Corporate Giving and Planned Giving)This position works in
close collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, Director of
Development, and Development staff to identify and develop new and
existing prospects, shape solicitation strategies and proposals,
and implement effective prospect management systems. The position
will contribute to and lead in the development of grant and
proposal submissions and provide briefings for various events and
cultivation engagements for leadership of CHA (Senior Leaders,
Clinical Leaders, Development Staff and Foundation Board
members)
The Researcher position conducts and documents research regarding
corporations, foundations, businesses, and individuals for
identification and cultivation of donors; and is responsible for
related file and database systems. They are responsible for
conducting and documenting research regarding corporations,
foundations, businesses and individuals for identification and
cultivation of donors.
