SSTAR is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which affords our employees eligibility to apply for one of our three Loan Repayment Programs, including the HRSA LRP.The Clinical Supervisor directs and manages an effective clinical service team using patient psychosocial assessment, group & individual therapy, family intervention, patient/family education and treatment planning. Incorporates biopsychosocial assessments and suicide assessments in the development of individualized treatment plans. Provides clinical services to patients as needed.Maintains current knowledge base on counseling issues regarding substance abuse disorder and other psychosocial disorders; shares this information with others under this roles supervision.The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision for weekly group supervision and biweekly individual clinical supervision.Experience and Skills:Education & ExperienceMasters degree in social work or a related fieldLICSW, LMHC, and/or LADC1 required5 years post masters counseling experience2+ years of clinical supervisionExperience in addiction treatment and co-occurring treatmentFrom: SSTARby Jobble
