Job Description:
*Starting salary ranges are based on having less than 2 years'
experience and are negotiable commensurate with more experience.
Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, clinical
intervention after hours, on-call rotation, supervision of interns,
and becoming certified to facilitate Risking Connection
Trauma-Informed training, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary
increases..

Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, counseling,
clinical psychology, PhD or PsyD. Three to five years of prior
experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in
residential or community-based settings. Minimum of one year of
clinical supervisory experience. Licensed in the state of MA as an
LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist. Knowledge of trauma-informed
individual, group and family therapies such as DBT. A driver's
license and insured vehicle for employment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the comprehensive community-based services referral process,
respond quickly to emergency referrals, determine the level of
supportive Key services that each child, youth and/or family needs,
and work with clinical staff and the muti-disciplinary team to
oversee treatment goals, progress and discharge planning.
Provide quality training and supervision to clinical staff and
oversee their case documentation.
Oversee and implement family engagement practices and strategies to
increase family participation in services.
Assist clinical staff with conducting intakes, interviews and
performing diagnostic assessments and testing as needed.
Engage with state agency, licensing, and community partners, and
oversee systems for regular communication and meetings to ensure
that services are aligned to meet child/family goals.
Provide clinical supervision to Masters-level clinicians and
supervise intern field placements.
In the absence of program clinicians or as a support and compliment
to services carry a reduced caseload, facilitate family meetings,
or therapy, respond to emergencies, perform case management
services, complete case documentation, etc.
The Key Program is a private, non-profit human services agency

DCYF and NH DCYF and is an agency provider of community-based
services, residential treatment programming, and outpatient
mental/behavioral health services.
