Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Operations Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coach a team of referral coordinators and ops support
associates
Conduct bi-weekly quality audits to ensure high-quality patient
care
Monitor team performance metrics and assist with training and
hiring processes
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience managing large individual
contributor teams
2+ years of experience in operations, community engagement, patient
navigation, or social work
Must have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home work environment with
reliable internet
Strong understanding of cultural fluency and experience with
individuals facing complex needs
Proficient in technology, including CRM databases and basic office
software
