Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Partner Relationship
Manager to ensure post go-live success and collaboration with TPA
and Data Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trusting relationships with Partners'
operational leadership
Coordinate resolution of partner issues and manage escalated client
concerns
Identify product gaps and assess risks to client satisfaction,
implementing mitigation plans
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
5+ years of experience in healthcare benefits, pharmacy benefits,
or commercial health insurance
3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or
Account Management
3+ years of experience with technical data file exchange (EDI or
ETL)
Self-driven, results-oriented work ethic with a positive
outlook
